House of Finance & Tech Berlin (HoFT.Berlin) is seeking an ambitious (Senior) Business Development & Partnership Manager (m/f/d) to strategically expand our partner network and open up new business fields.
Your Responsibilities:
(Strategic) Business Development
Identify and develop new business areas and revenue streams for HoFT.
Develop and implement the business development strategy in close coordination with the management team.
Build and expand strategic partnerships with corporates, investors, public institutions, and international innovation hubs.
Generate and qualify leads for potential partners and clients.
Negotiate and close cooperation agreements and sponsorship contracts.
Partnership & Account Management
Provide holistic support to key accounts and strategic partners.
Develop and execute joint event formats with partners.
Continuously advance existing partnerships and identify cross-selling opportunities.
Conduct quarterly business reviews with key partners.
Ensure partner satisfaction and manage retention.
Ecosystem Development
Actively shape and expand the Berlin FinTech ecosystem.
Represent HoFT at national and international conferences and events.
Build international partnerships to strengthen Berlin as a FinTech hub.
Collaborate closely with start-ups and scale-ups to identify synergies.
Internal Collaboration
Work closely with program and product management to develop tailored offerings and increase member engagement.
Contribute to the design of new programs and services.
Provide regular pipeline and engagement reporting to the HoFT Director.
