House of Finance and Tech Berlin (HoFT) is growing, and with that growth comes a higher demand for strategic depth in our client relationships. We are looking for an experienced individual who will not only manage our most important memberships but develop them as their own business: building relationships across multiple levels within member organizations, identifying strategic growth potential, and offering solutions before the client even recognizes the need.
You will own a portfolio of strategic members end-to-end. You manage it in a data-driven way, work with structured sales methodologies, and consistently rely on modern AI-powered tools to analyze, prioritize, and develop accounts efficiently.
This is not an administrative or event role. We are looking for a person with sales DNA, a strategic perspective, a strong affinity for AI, and the ability to deliver results independently in an international, fast-growing environment.
